I quickly looked up NI's license transfer policy and it looks like it's free, so that's good.
On their page, Reaktor 6 sells for 199 EUR. The update from older versions is 99 EUR. I guess if you bought mine for something like 60 EUR, you'd be saving enough to make this worthwhile? What do you think?
I also looked up app store gift card from Apple and it looks like you can only use it in the country it is purchased. I live in Turkey, so I would need you to purchase one from the Turkish app store for me. It seems to be available from a bunch of other online vendors. I couldn't find an English version of Apple's Turkish store but chrome can do automatic translations.
Apple gift cards seem to come in set prices so something close enough to our agreed price would do (e.g., 60 EUR is currently 2097 TRY and a 2 gift cards worth 1000 TRY would do). I'm not worried so much about those small details.
